Abstract (en)
The circuit has a precharge voltage adjusting device with a measurement circuit (m i) to measure a maximum operating voltage among operating voltages of selected columns of light emitting diodes, on each selection of a line from a set of lines. A capacitor (CHOLD) stores the measured voltage, on each selection of the line. An amplifier (48) adjusts a precharge voltage based on the stored voltage, after the selection of the lines. An independent claim is also included for a method of adjusting a precharge voltage of a control circuit of a matrix display.
