The lamp has a frustoconical incandescent filament (2) arranged inside a transparent lamp vessel (10), where an outside diameter of the filament increases continuously starting from a minimum value at an incandescent filament end up to a maximum value at another incandescent filament end. The incandescent filament has an outer contour that substantially corresponds to a surface of a conical frustum.
