[origin: EP1667298A1] The socket-outlet has a facade (1) and sink (2) fixed on a socket body (3) having reception holes (32) for pins of a plug, and a pin (30) to be connected to the ground. The pin (30) is positioned on an axis according to two orientations, at 90 degrees, with an axis of the holes parallel to an axis of symmetry of a molding or, at 45 degrees, with the holes` axis along an axis making an angle of 45 degrees relative to the symmetry axis. Two sides (10) of the facade are parallel to the molding or support. The sink is rotated with respect to the facade at 45 degrees. The pin (30) is on the axis that is perpendicular to the axis of the holes (32). An independent claim is also included for a method for assembling a socket-outlet on a molding or a support.
