[origin: EP1669497A1] Water cistern has a pressure tank (2), a controlling device to release flush water and a pressure reduction valve (27), which can be fixed to a water pipe and which is used to fill the tank with flush water. The locking pressure of the pressure reduction valve can be altered using an adjustable ring (17), preferably gradually. The ring can be reached from the exterior through a window in the housing.
