[origin: EP1669535A2] The method for manufacturing a metal trim involves a plane metal strip (24) and a several times bent cross section profile (26). The metal strips are planned for the corner joint at the ends and are provided with an edge outline (28). In the case of formation of several times bent cross section profile the final section (27) can be designed resulting into a miter joint.
