[origin: EP1670009A2] The mechanism has an energy accumulator spring (4) comprising one end articulated around an axle (8) extending parallel to an output shaft and another end having a cylindrical roller (9) mounted rotatively around an axle (10) parallel to the shaft. The roller rotates the shaft and radial fingers (31a, 31b, 32a, 32b) of an opening and closing control device (27) and a grounding control device (28) having respective rotation axles parallel to the shaft.
