Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1671867A1] The chair lift has an operating mechanism (15) with an automatic latching of a cover (13) in a lowered close position, where the cover is formed by a protective shell. The mechanism has an operating lever (16) pivotably mounted on a pivoting spindle (14) of the cover and cooperating with a latch actuated by a transmission device (17) between locked and unlocked positions. The lever is associated to a control unit by the device.
