[origin: EP1672125A1] Civil engineering device has a shank, which is provided with advancing helix and has at its lower end a displacement drilling head (10). The displacement drilling head has an injecting mechanism (20) for bringing in an injecting good e.g. liquid into an area of the foundation element. Shank and displacement drilling head has internal supply channel (16), connected with injecting mechanism. An independent claim is also included for the procedure for manufacturing the foundation element in the ground by means of a civil engineering device.
