Abstract (en)
The method involves installing a lower part (10) forming plinth on a support surface, where the lower part has grooves for retaining a lower side of a wainscot panel (12). An upper part (14) forming a handrail or a cornice is installed on the support surface, where the part (14) has a front arm (54) for retaining an upper side of the panel. The panel is inserted in the upper part and placed towards the support surface. An independent claim is also included for a cover comprising wainscot panel, an upper part and a lower part.
