Abstract (en)
The method involves gradually reducing amplitude of analog audio signals to a zero value and increasing the amplitude of the analog signals to a preset value by a unit (20), during a failure of a receipt of digital signals and re-receipt of the digital signals after a failure. A decoded signal derived from the digital signals is temporally delayed, and amplitude of noise signals is adjusted based on the amplitude of the analog signals. An independent claim is also included for a device for converting digital audio signals to analog audio signals.
