[origin: EP1672958A2] Electrical heating device has heat conductive layer for converting electrical energy into heat and is located on surface of base plate within heating range in form of structured resistance heating conducting layer in connection area. In between the base plate and heat conducting layer, dielectric layer (710) is arranged. The resistance coating electrically isolates the heating conductor path with opposite dielectric layer. The heating device in the heating range is coated in such a manner that the open pores in heat conducting layer and opposite dielectric layer are sealed. The surface of heating device in the heating area opposite the medium possess anti-adhesive coating. An independent claim is also included for the method for producing heating device.
