Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1674407A1] The assembly has a tray (1) with a flange (4), a sidewall and a bottom, where the tray of multi-layer material has food composition. A cover (6) seals along circumference of the tray and partially on the flange and top of the sidewall. The cover rises with increase of pressure and lifts the flange of the tray until the flange reaches the breaking point. The sidewall rises on entire circumference of the tray even during breaking. An independent claim is also included for a process for heating and/or cooking of a food product assembly.
