Abstract (en)
[origin: FR2861338A1] The system has two rechargeable batteries (5, 6) to supply an electrical motor (3) and an electrical accessory (4) e.g. air conditioner, of a motor vehicle, respectively. The two batteries are connected in parallel to the motor through a switch gear which switches the supply current between the two batteries. An external power charger is provided to the rechargeable battery (5). Independent claims are also included for the following: (a) a process of controlling an electrical power supply system for a motor vehicle (b) a motor vehicle including an electrical power supply system.
