Abstract (en)
[origin: DE10349972A1] Production of triol mono(meth)acrylate derivatives involves reacting corresponding alkylidene-ether derivatives with water on an acid ion exchange resin with continuous removal of the ketone formed by hydrolysis. A method for the production of compounds of formula (I) involves reacting compounds of formula (II) with small amounts of water (ratio of (II) to water = (1:1)-(1:3)) on a solid bed of acid ion exchange resin with continuous removal of the cleavage product of formula R 7>R 8>CO (III). [Image] [Image] R 1>H or methyl; m : 0 or 1; R 2>-R 6>H, OH or aliphatic or aromatic hydrocarbyl, e.g. methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl etc.; n : 0, 1 or 2; R 7>, R 8>methyl, ethyl or propyl.
