Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2861520A1] The process involves estimating an initial value for an initialization message that is received by monitoring servers. The initial value is compared with a permitted maximum initial value. The transmission of the message is permitted only if the initial value does not exceed the permitted maximum initial value. A transmission channel associated to the maximum initial value is defined for a pair of transmitter and receiver terminals. An independent claim is also included for a message transmission installation for initialization of a multimedia stream exchange session and comprising a message monitoring server.
