Abstract (en)
The machine has a driving device including a driving drum (35) rotatably mounted on a support (4). An elastic strap (92) connects the drum and a spool. A unidirectional free wheel (84) allows movement of the drum with respect to the support in a rotational direction and prohibits the movement of the drum in reverse direction. The free wheel avoids movement of a tape that carries labels.
