Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1679472A2] The device has a lamp holder to hold a bulb of a xenon lamp (1) in front of a reflector (21). A lamp fixing system (3) has a rigid ring (4) mounted around the holder. A flexible annulus (5) of the system is mounted inside the ring and fixed on the holder in an immovable manner. The annulus has contact tongues (59), holding tongues assuring axial hold between the ring and annulus, and fixing claws to lock the lamp in the system.
