[origin: WO2005046420A1] The invention relates to a dishwasher (3) for washing and clear rinsing objects that are to be cleaned, such as glasses, silverware, dishes, and similar. The objects that are to be cleaned are continuously cleaned in a chamber (6) or by the dishwasher (3). Said dishwasher (3) comprises a clear rinsing mechanism (7, 20) by means of which reverse osmosis-treated water is applied to the objects that are to be cleaned. The dishwasher (3) further comprises at least one reservoir (4, 17) for a liquid. At least one membrane module (36, 36.1) and a pressure pump (35) are connected to the connection valves (13, 32) previously provided on the dishwasher and to the reservoir (4, 17) so as to perform reverse osmosis. The pressure pump (35) and the connection valves (13, 32) previously provided on the dishwasher (13, 32) are integrated in the control unit (10) of the dishwasher.
