[origin: WO2005048773A1] In order to produce brushes with bristle bundles (2) and knobs (18) made of plastic, rubber or rubber-like material, the bristle bundle (2) is firstly stuffed into a brush body (3) and subsequently processed. Afterwards, the knobs (18) are joined to the brush body (3). The knobs (18) can either be sprayed onto the brush body in an injection mold (4a, 4b) or made separately and attached to the brush body (3) by an assembly device (19). The attachment can either ensue by gluing or by stuffing the knobs into openings (20).
