[origin: FR2862065A1] Thermal treatment installation, especially for grapes, comprising a circuit for treated grapes and heat transfer fluid in continuous flow : The installation (1), having an inlet compartment (3) for the product (5) to be treated by immersion in a flow of a heat transfer fluid, has the fluid circuit (8) connecting a receiver (71) to the compartment on a level with its inlet (E), and a pump (10) that generates a fluid flow in the same direction as the product in the compartment. It has a separator and transfer unit (6) for the product and fluid at the outlet end of the compartment, with the drained product passing on to a second receiver (72). The separator rotates in the same direction as the moving product and fluid and comprises a drum turning about a transverse axis.
