Abstract (en)
The chair has a height adjustment for the seat at the carrier profile (2), with a locking mechanism (17) at the sliding seat mounting (4) to lock it in place at the required height level. The locking mechanism has a pawl (18), on a pivot axis (19) in the mounting, with a ratchet edge (20) which works together with an edge (21) at the seat carrier (6). The seat carrier swings on an axis (22) at the mounting, with an end cladding (23) flat against the carrier profile when the seat is folded down for sitting, and the pawl slips over the carrier edge to be held in place by a spring.
