Flange comprises a connection opening (10) for joining to a base run-off, a seal (11) assigned to the connection opening for sealing the flange against the base run-off and a flat seal (13) for sealing the base and extending over the outer limit of the flange. An independent claim is also included for a kit for a base run-off comprising a flange, a run-off body and a connecting piece. Preferred Features: An annular disk (15) made from plastic is arranged on a sealing ring (16), which is arranged on the inner periphery (15a) of the annular disk and delimits the connection opening. A sealing collar (17) made from a fabric fleece extends over the outer periphery of the annular disk.
