[origin: EP1686322A2] The appliance has an area (10), and a blower (16). The blower is coupled to the area for sucking (12) rising gas which is blown downstream (14). The gas is sucked into a first section and divided by a separator (20) into a second section. The first and second sections are arranged one behind the other. The separator has several through holes and made of a perforated tile. The sucking and blowing arrangement is formed of a channel such as an exhaust air duct for exhausting steam.
