[origin: EP1686324A1] An indoor unit of an air-conditioning system is disclosed, which quickly and uniformly performs room cooling or room heating. The indoor unit of an air-conditioning system includes a cabinet (100) having a front side, left and right side portions (111,112,113,114) provided at a left end and a right end of the front side, respectively, and an upper side provided at an upper end of the front side, wherein at least one air outlet (101,102) is formed respectively at upper portions of the left and right side portions, and at least one inlet (105,106) is formed respectively at lower portions of the left and right side portions; and a heat exchanger (300) received in the cabinet.
