[origin: WO2005050685A1] The invention relates to a spindle drive for a circuit breaker and/or earthing switch. According to the invention, a rotatable spindle nut (11), which is mounted in a spindle housing (6), displaces a spindle (10) in a translatory manner, thus displacing contact elements of the switching device. The invention is characterised in that the spindle (10) actuates a contact pin (16) that is configured in a contact carrier (5) by means of a connection yoke (13) that is common to all phases or poles and an isolating bar (15) for each phase or pole.
