[origin: EP1688166A1] A toy refuse truck has a bin emptying system comprising a lifting arm (26) fitted to a lifting axis (10) on the side of the truck and with a lifting grip (6) at the free end to clip onto the rim of a toy bin. The lifting grip has a tilt mounting on the lifting arm to tip the contents of the bin into the truck from the raised position. The whole system is operated by a crank handle on the other side of the truck and/or by a twist stub (11) on the support axis. The single crank drive replaces the hydraulic drives of and actual truck.
