Abstract (en)
The method for transfer of image-defined layers from a transfer foil (5) of a printed sheet involves the use of at least one coating plant (2) to transfer the image-defined layers of the transfer foil of the printed sheet in a transfer fissure (6) between a counter press cylinder (4) and a press roller (3). The transfer foil is supplied through the transfer fissure with the coated side in a unit on the printed sheet. There are section foil tracks (19) with section foil rollers (13) that are connected with the device which receive fully formed foil rollers for rolling off the transfer foil during the supply to the transfer fissure. One or more section rollers are independently mounted from each other for the rolling off of the section foil tracks of the transfer foil.

Zur Übertragung einer bildmässigen Beschichtung von einer Trägerfolie auf einen Druckbogen wird ein bildmässiger Kleberauftrag auf dem Druckbogen aufgebracht. In einem Beschichtungswerk (2) wird dann die Trägerfolie mit der bildmässigen Beschichtung unter Anpressdruck an dem Druckbogen vorbeigeführt, sodass die Beschichtung an den Klebestellen haftet und ein Bild entsteht. Zur Verbesserung der Funktion, zur Vereinfachung der Vorrichtung und zur Erhöhung der Flexibilität ist unter anderem vorgesehen, eine selbstnachstellende Lagerung von schmalen Folienrollen der Transferfolie vorzusehen.
