[origin: EP1688358A1] Near the bottle mouth, between the closure and the bottle, there is a locking device. This comprises a blocking section (8) including shape-memory material (SMM) in metal or plastic. When the blocking section is heated, it adopts either the blocking position or the release position. This change is irreversible. Various designs are possible, including a tilt lever version with locking mechanism, a screw cap and cover with blocking mechanism between them, and optionally a pouring opening closed by a cover. Further variants described, are based on the foregoing principles. Salient features include the provision of inner and outer caps and use of shape memory material in annular form. In one variant, the coupling or blocking section is made of or includes shape memory material, and has a tab projecting up, down or out. On heating the cap, this engages or releases from the gripping section, cover or top section.
