[origin: WO2005053565A2] An enossal dental implant (11) comprises a bone screw (13) that, coronally, has a joining surface (31), and comprises a neck part (15), which can be placed with a seating surface (37) onto the joining surface (31) of the bone screw (13). The bone screw (13) and the neck part (15) are arranged coaxial to an implant axis (33). The joining surface (31) and the seating surface (37) correspond to one another in such a manner that it is possible to assemble the neck part (15) and bone screw (13) in a multitude of positions in which they are turned relative to one another around the implant axis (33). The neck part (15) has, coronally, a shoulder surface (39) to which a tooth crown (21) can be attached. The neck part (15) forms a wall, which is impervious to microorganisms and which separates a space between the neck part (15) and the bone screw (13) from a space located coronally with regard to the neck part (15). As a result, the joint between the bone screw (13) and the neck part (15) can be located inside the bone (23). This enables the neck part (15) to be inserted into the bone screw (13) with a desired orientation independent of the turned position of the bone screw (13). As a result, the neck part (15), when viewed from above, can, while varying from a circular contour, be shaped in the form of a base of a natural tooth.
