Abstract (en)

The turbocompressor has a geared compressor (2) with an integrated gear including a central greater wheel (9). The gear has a set of pinions that meshes with the greater wheel, where each pinion is mounted in a manner to rotate in unison with a respective pinion shaft. A set of bladed wheels respectively of one of a set of compressor stages, and a base frame on which individual units are assembled by a common central plane.

Ein mehrstufiger Turbokampressor, der als Getriebekompressor mit einem integrierten Getriebe ausgelegt ist, enthält ein zentrales Großrad (9), das mit mehreren Ritzeln (14, 15) in Eingriff steht, wobei jedes Ritzel (14, 15) drehfest auf einer Ritzelwelle (16, 17) angebracht ist. Auf den Enden der jeweiligen Ritzelwellen ist ein Laufrad einer Kompressorstufe (II, III, IV, V) angeordnet. Das Großrad (9) steht mit einem Antriebsritzel (8) in Eingriff, das drehfest auf einer mit einem Antriebsaggregat (1) verbundenen Antriebswelle 6 angebracht ist. Die Achse des Antriebsritzels (8) ist mit der Achse des Großrades (9) in derselben horizontalen Ebene (20) angeordnet, und das Antriebsritzel (8) steht mit einem auf einer Ritzelwelle (11) drehfest angebrachten Ritzel (10) einer ersten Kompressorstufe (I) in Eingriff.
