[origin: EP1513226A1] At least one contact element (8,9) is provided in a housing part (6,7) for each connection that is to be made between a main conductor (2,3) of a cable and an associated branch conductor (4,5). A connecting screw (10) is arranged between the two contact elements, and when it is turned, the contact element penetrates both the insulation of the main conductor and the insulation of the branch conductor.
