[origin: WO2005054764A1] The invention relates to an egg tray (9 ; 10) for a refrigerator, having a support plate (1), in which a plurality of openings (2), each for receiving one egg, is formed. A wall, surrounding the support plate, is divided into several wall sections (7), separated by recesses (11). A handle (3) protrudes from said support plate (1) above the centre of gravity thereof. Said egg tray (9 ; 10) can be stacked pairwise due to a slit (5) in the support plate (1).
