Abstract (en)
The device has a base plate (4) fixed at a wall (3) and/or at an attachment on a cover by using a holder (5). A picture and/or a document is fixed and positioned on a front side of the base plate, which turns away the holder. A frame is fixed at the front side of the base plate and/or the picture and the document by magnetic units (7, 9). The magnetic units have magnet or metal units provided at sides of the base plate and the frame.
