Abstract (en)
The method involves aligning filling and ejector curves and pressing rolls in a position, a lower position and a pressing position, respectively. A rotor (10) stops a pair of stamps in a filling position. The curves and the rolls are adjusted into another filling, ejecting and other pressing positions, respectively. A layer containing material hole is filled with a material of another layer to eject a layer tablet from the stamp. An independent claim is also included for a device for trail pressing a multi-layer tablet or coated tablet in a round rotor-tablet press.

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zur Versuchspressung von aus n Schichten bestehenden Tabletten in einer Rundläufer-Tablettenpresse. Der mit einem Ober- und Unterstempel (Stempelpaar) versehene Rotor (10) wird mit dem Stempelpaar in eine definierte Füllposition gebracht, in der die dem Stempelpaar (30,32) zugeordnete Matrizenbohrung (14) mit dem Material der ersten Schicht der Tablette gefüllt wird, wobei die Füllkurve (38) in eine erste Position, die Auswerferkurve (44) in eine untere Position und Druckrollen in eine erste Pressposition durch zugeordnete Verstellantriebe gebracht werden; anschließend wird der Rotor (10) um eine volle Umdrehung gedreht und das Stempelpaar (30,32) in der Füllposition gestoppt; die Füllkurve (38) wird in eine zweite Füllposition, die Auswerferkurve (44) in die Auswerfposition und die Druckrollen in eine zweite Pressposition verstellt; danach wird die erste Schicht enthaltende Matrizenbohrung (14) mit dem Material der zweiten Schicht befüllt usw.; bei der n-ten Umdrehung wird vom Unterstempel (32) die n Schichttablette ausgeworfen.
