Watering and transporting device (1) has bar which bridges the longitudinal slot (26). The bar is arranged in each frame rod (20). Bar is arranged in the area of an end section of a frame rod. Device has a rectangular base platform (2) and frame rods are arranged in the transporting position. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) Frame rod; and (B) Method for time and space saving arranging the watering and transporting device for plants.
