Abstract (en)
The device has an elastic fastener forming spring comprising a U-shape central loop (112) extended by two external branches (114a, 114b) having free end sections (124). The end section and a section (121) comprising a rear support zone (126) are parallel and curved, for each branch. The rear support zone and a front support zone (127) are aligned along axes (a, b) perpendicular to the direction of a rail.

Selon l'invention, chaque branche extérieure (114a, 114b) est conformée pour présenter une zone d'appui arrière (126) et une zone d'appui avant (127), lesdites zones d'appui étant alignées suivant un axe (a, b) perpendiculaire à la direction du rail.
