Abstract (en)

[origin: EP1693572A2] The compressor (10) has several stator vanes (18) and moving blades (16) which are spaced apart in axial direction relative to a central longitudinal axis. The blades are surrounded by a stationary casing (14). The stationary casing has several bleed holes (24) which are centered in a range of 5-50% of the blade chord length. The diameter of the bleed hole is 30% of the blade chord length. The bleed hole is inclined at two different angles relative to the longitudinal axis. An independent claim is also included for turbomachine.
