Abstract (en)

[origin: FR2863758A1] The cell has a control transistor (61) operated as an electronic switch based on a control signal arriving on a control line (5`). A capacitive storage circuit storing the control signal has a capacitor (C) on the control line, where the voltages at the terminals of the capacitor decrease during a time period. The storage of the signal is temporary due to discharge of load through a resistor (R f) in parallel to the capacitor. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) a process of operating an electronic control cell for an organic light emitting diode (OLED) of a pixel or segment of a display (B) a display having an organic light emitting diode of pixel and/or segments using an electronic control cell.
