Abstract (en)
The device has a sealing body with a disk-shaped film section (2) with a central through opening for sealed, material-engaging connection to a continuous sealing layer between the object and the substrate., a sleeve section (4) made in one piece with the disk-shaped film section and aligned with the through opening and a threaded rod (5) connected to the sleeve section in sealed manner and protruding through the sleeve section and the through opening for fixing the object.
