Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2006033526A1] Disclosed herein is a tool for applying a liquid cosmetic material. The tool includes a joint unit (2) secured to a vessel body (1) and having a valve (2c) and a liquid passage (2d). A brush holder (3) is slidably coupled to the joint unit, and includes a valve seat (3b) biased to be spaced apart from the valve by a first compression spring (S1), and a holder part (3e) to support a brush means (4). A brush protecting cap (7) is detachably mounted to the vessel body, and covers the brush holder. Further, a pipe (5) is slidably mounted to an end of the joint unit and normally biased toward the end of the joint unit by a second compression spring (S2). Further, a cartridge (6) is slidably fitted over the pipe against the elastic force of the second spring, and contains the liquid cosmetic material.
