Abstract (en)

The machine (1) has a stopper supply device (4) with a manifold and a turning drum for turning glass stoppers (2) in a row. A jack (54) pushes the row of stoppers in a feed chute (55) in direction of a stopper installation device (6). The device has an insertion head (60) to axially insert the stopper in a neck of a bottle (3) without contact between them by relative displacement of the stopper with respect to the bottle or vice versa.
