The system has a databank central server (DB-ZS), a central server-client with a client-read-writer connected at the central server. A portable data memory and the object-reader-writer are provided in connection with an object-lock, where the memory is arranged for transmission and storing of data. The central server comprises of all access data for the object locks and information data for the client-reader-writer and the data memory.
