A wall portion of the lower part extends between a cylinder head (14) and an injection harness (12). An injector (26) extends in the cylinder head. The harness is mounted on the cylinder head by a fixing point (16). The cylinder head (14) is covered by a cover of a cylinder head (28) that extends towards the back of the engine.
