Abstract (en)
The method involves transferring UV color coated image producing layers from a back-up film of a transfer foil (5) onto a printing sheet. The transfer foil is passed via a common gap along with the sheet under the pressure of a counter-pressure cylinder. The image producing layers are adhered to the sheet in a section provided with an adhesive, where the section is lifted by the back-up film after the exit of the sheet from the gap. An independent claim is also included for a device for implementing a method for coating a corrugated board.

Die Produktion in einem Beschichtungsmodul 2 zum Transfer von bildgebenden Schichten von einer Transferfolie 5 auf einen Bedruckstoff soll verbessert und in der Anwendung erweitert werden. Hierzu ist vorgesehen, die Produktion von Druckbogen aus Wellpappe mit Folienbeschichtung zu ermöglichen. Dazu wird eine Pressbespannung 10 auf einer Presswalze 3 in dem Beschichtungsmodul 2 eingesetzt, die eine an die unebene Oberfläche der Wellpappe anpassbare Charakteristik aufweist. Die Produktion von Wellpappe ist mit verschiedenen weiteren Prozessschritten kombinierbar.
