Abstract (en)
The device has a motor driven lifting apparatus e.g. rope winch, that is attached to a building part. A screw clamp attached to the wall or the building part supports a support tube (12). The tube has an axially fixable mandrel and holds a retainer for the detachable holding of the apparatus. The end of the mandrel connected with the clamp is adjusted by an adapter. A console projects away from the clamp.
