Abstract (en)
[origin: EP1701087A2] The headlight has a halogen light source (S), and a main elliptical reflector (1) with an indented part (4). A secondary elliptical reflector (5) is added in the indented zone of the reflector (1). An optical axis (Y-Y) of the reflector (5) is inclined relative to an optical axis (X-X) of the reflector (1). An additional lens (8) is placed in front of the reflector (5) to admit an optical axis parallel to that of a main lens (9).
