[origin: WO2005064250A1] A refrigerating unit for installing in a furniture niche has a body (6) and a door (10) that enclose a thermally insulated inside compartment (14). The door (10) can pivot about an axis between an open and closed position. A decorative panel (15) conceals the door (10) and can move therewith. When the refrigerating unit is properly installed in the furniture niche, the door (10) projects beyond a front edge (3) of the furniture niche.
