A hand-held outdoor power tool e.g. a hedge cutter has a frame to which is attached a power unit coupled to a cutting tool (11). The tool (100) has a housing (12) with a handle (14) whose position may be adjusted in the roll plane with respect to the frame. The handle consists of two half-shell segments attached to a bearing forming part of the housing (12) frame. One half segment is attached to the housing, while the second segment is attached only to the first.

Um ein handgeführtes Arbeitsgerät (100) mit einem Gehäuse (12) und mindestens einem daran angeordneten und um eine Achse (13) drehbar gelagerten Haltegriff (14), der Handgriffschalen (15,16) und ein Lagerteil umfasst, das an einem Gegenlager des Gehäuses (12) befestigt ist, zu schaffen, welches ein einfaches, kostengünstiges und montagefreundliches Arbeitsgerät zur Verfügung gestellt wird, wird vorgeschlagen, dass eine erste Handgriffschale (15) mit dem Lagerteil aus einem einteiligen Bauteil und eine zweite, an der ersten Handgriffschale (15) befestigte Handgriffschale (16) lagerfrei ausgebildet sind.
