Abstract (en)
The device has a thread guide that is movable parallel to a surface of a bobbin. A drive is controllable by electric motors. The thread guide is attached to the electric motor controlled drive by a finite and flexible connecting unit (20) e.g. band. The connecting unit is designed such that the unit transfers both tractive and compressive forces, where the unit is supported by a stationary linear guide (18).
