Abstract (en)

[origin: JP2006214714A]
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a condenser for an air conditioner, especially a collector, a coolant guide, and degassing of the coolant guide.
SOLUTION: The condenser 1 for the air conditioner of a vehicle has a pipe having a pipe fin block 2 extending horizontally and collecting pipes 3 and 4 arranged on the side, condensing sections P1 to P5, and a super-cooling section P6 arranged above the condensing sections. The condenser has the collector 5 for storing a dryer-filter insertion piece 10 and an ascending pipe 15 that are arranged in parallel with one of the collecting pipes. The collector is connected by the coolant to the condensing section P5 via a first overflow opening 8 and to the super-cooling section P6 via a second overflow opening 9. A flow-in chamber 13 is arranged in a region of the first overflow opening 8 in the collector 5, and is partitioned by a plug 11 upward and by the dryer-filter insertion piece 10 downward.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
